Terms and Conditions

There are no obligations on our quotations.  Please verify any prices, specific items and availability at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.  Day trips are to be paid in full one month before travel.  Late bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Premier Transport reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
Cancellation fee within 3 days of departure is 100% of the full booking price.  Cancellation fee within 3 weeks of departure is equal 50% of the booking price. 

These charges vary if booking a holiday:  Non refundable deposits are to be paid at the time of booking at £65 ppn plus any supplement costs.  If you have to cancel your holiday the following charges apply:-

56 days or more is deposit plus any supplement costs, 55-43 days 40% of total holiday cost, 42-29 days 60% of total holiday cost, 28-8 days 90% of the total holiday cost and 7 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost.
Our management reserves the right to refuse our service at any given time.
The lead passenger (person who makes the booking) is responsible for any misbehaviour of their guests.  This does not remove the obligations on the individual(s) who took the action.


We have a no food and no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
If, after the service, the vehicle is unreasonably unclean, soiled or muddy, the management may reserve the rights of implementing a soiling charge for the deep cleaning of the vehicle.


Any deliberate damage caused by the customer will be reported to the police and charges will be made with the necessary authority.
Any damage to the vehicle and/or its fittings must be paid for.  A charge will be made to the lead passenger (person who made the booking)
There is a minimum cleaning charge of £100.00 applicable for sickness (ie vomiting) in the vehicle; the customer shall inform the driver if/and or when sickness (ie vomiting) is likely to happen.  The driver will then stop the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so.  Informing the driver does not mean that the charges may not apply.


The amount of luggage should be confirmed in advance of booking, and be relevant to the vehicle type. The booked pickup address, the destination and the route, must be accessible for the type of vehicle that the customer hires.  If the location or part of the route cannot be accessed because of traffic signs or physical restrictions, or may danger the safety of vehicle or passengers, the driver reserves the right at any time to arrange an alternative route, or location to pickup or drop off the customers.
Additional passengers will incur extra charges.  There charges may vary depending upon the service that is booked.  The addition of passengers may not always be an option.  PREMIER TRANSPORT should be informed in advance regarding any extra passengers, in this unlikely event the driver may refuse extra passengers if the total number of passengers exceeds the number for which the vehicle is insured and licensed for.
Reduction in the number of passengers and alterations to the journey will not justify the customer for refund or reimbursement, as the resources are pre allocated for the original booking.


Cancellations and Breakdowns:  We keep our vehicles serviced and maintained to the highest standard, however, breakdown, accidents, road closures and traffic delays are inevitable.


If the vehicle is late or has broken down or any traffic related delays, this will not justify the client for a refund as alternative arrangements would be made to send out a replacement vehicle.  If the alternative vehicle is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer and

 

PREMIER TRANSPORT accepts no other responsibility or liability for any costs either direct or indirect arising from the cancellation.

PREMIER TRANSPORT is not responsible for any unforeseeable event that may happen during the journey to customers, vehicles, drivers, entertainers or members of the public.
PREMIER TRANSPORT reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
